Form 13 healthy habits over the course of 1 year.
My goal is to form healthy habits that stick for good – not just a few days, weeks or months!
I form habits one at a time. I devote 28 days to each habit – 21 days to form the habit, then another 7 to make sure that it really sets in.

I have a blog based upon on the same subjects you discuss and would really like to have you share some stories/information. I know my readers would appreciate your work. If you are even remotely interested, feel free to send me an email.
Exceptional post however , I was wondering if you could write a litte more on this subject? I’d be very grateful if you could elaborate a little bit further. Appreciate it!

Hello,
I just wanted to say that I love your blog and I think your idea is great!! I find a lot of people become overwhelmed when they try to change because they try to change too much too quickly so I love your “28 days” concept. I just started following your blog and can’t wait to read what’s up next.
Good luck with all of your goals!

Erin, Thanks so much for stopping by. In the past I too was one of those overwhelmed individuals. I’m finding this new method much more manageable and satisfying.

Britne, what a cool idea! I love all the habits you’re forming to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I can’t wait to read more of this journey. You are an inspiration for sure.
Maggie-thanks so much. I hope that you stop again soon.
Hi Britne, well done you! I love your blog, it’s interesting just looking at your various habits and how you’ve achieved them. And that you call them habits – I’ve been telling people for years that whatever they do, it’s got to be incorporated into their lifestyle for it to work! I’m a mum of 4 who believes in & does all of the above! Got the home gym when I was expecting no 1 to avoid any I’m too tired to get to the gym today excuse!
Thanks for visiting my site, have bookmarked you, will be back for more!
Lin xx
