Throwback to winter?
No, this is not some sick joke. And no, this is not a throwback to winter. This, my friends, is what I woke up to this morning. Where’s Spring? To make matters worse, my car’s headlights went out on the way to the gym yesterday. Both at the same time (go figure). Did I mention that it’s dark when I drive to the gym? Sleepy Monday
Is anyone else extra tired this Monday? I blame it on the time change – although I do love the fact that when I leave work there is still sunlight! I can already feel those winter blues starting to melt away. This morning I ran 3 miles at the gym and also did about about 15 minutes of cardio on the ellipse. I’m trying to run more consistently (~4 times a week) to get ready for the Fairfield half marathon in June. I’m also looking for another half marathon in May (anyone have any ideas?).
