The Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap
I’m excited to be participating in the 1st annual Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap that is being organized by Lindsay over at Love & Olive Oil and Julie of The Little Kitchen. Each person that signs up for the Great Food Blogger Cookie Swap will send 1-dozen freshly-baked cookies to three different bloggers and will blog about the recipes that they send. White Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies
It’s full on pumpkin season and the blogosphere is embracing this festive ingredient. I’ve seen pumpkin pies, pumpkin brownies, pumpkin breads, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin pasta sauces and so much more. HOW TO: HURRICANE SLICE COOKIES 1. Start with your … Continue reading
Hubs Grills
Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL day in the City, so I called the Hubs out on Facebook in hopes of inspiring some man-grilling. When I got home from work, I was happy to see that the Hubs got the message. Kebabs! Or as my very mature husband likes to say – Keboobs Munchies while the Hubs grilled. Crumbled pita-chip fragments from the bottom of the bag – love these crunchy little bits. Dinner a-la-Hubs was skewered beef, veggies (onions, bell peppers, tomatoes; 1 C serving veg) and pineapple (0.5 C serving fruit), over couscous. And corn on the cob, grilled right … Continue reading
