Move It or Lose It Complete AND Giveaway

On March 9, I set out to form my latest Shabbott’s Habit: Move it or Lose it. My “Move it” goal was to strive for 45 minutes or more of cardiovascular activity for at least 5 days each week (i.e., 7-day period, according to the start date) for a total of 4 weeks.
