Yeah, probably.  I’ve had this breakfast ALL week long.  I’m totally obsessed, although I’m out of strawberries, so you’ll most likely see something different tomorrow. Mango Chipotle Cilantro Chicken

Mango. Chipotle. Cilantro. Chicken. All ingredients that I love.  So I knew when I saw the Chipotle-Mango BBQ Chicken over at Pip & Ebby that I had to make it.  I made some adjustments (like adding lime zest and brown sugar and subbing red wine vinegar for rice vinegar) to suit my own taste buds, but really the credit goes to Pip & Ebby for their innovative combination of flavors.
