Crepes, crepes, crepes!
This morning’s breakfast was a joint effort. The Hubs suggested crepes and I suggested an apple-cinnamon filling. The result was absolutely delicious. We had so much fun making them together and were so happy with how they turned out. Plus, this was the perfect breakfast before my long run, served up with a nice big coffee. Valentine’s Day Fail and Win
Valentine’s Day Fail Yes, that’s right. I had jury duty on Valentine’s Day. What’s worse is that they confiscated my camera so I couldn’t get pictures of breakfast (banana, coffee), lunch (homemade ham sandwich on leftover 7-grain bread from last night and baby carrots), or my snacks (granola bar, apple, handful of pistachios). What’s an even bigger fail is the fact that I forgot said camera at the security desk. No worries though, I’m going back tomorrow to serve yet another day.
